My name is Mohamad Hammoud, however I go by Eddy. I graduated from Catholic Central in 2010. After graduating, I went to Toronto and graduated from dental hygiene in 2012. As I was about to start my prerequisites for dentistry, I realized that I was passionate about serving community, cooking and running a business. Thus, paired with my 10 years in the industry and my parents’ 20 years, we decided to open up Eddy's Mediterranean Bistro on October 21, 2014. It’s been the best decision yet, not to only be self employed but to run things how I always saw was best and it's been in our favour, being high rated through our customers, social media and being the #1 restaurant in Windsor on TripAdvisor 2 years straight now! When you dine at Eddy's your dining as if your at home, we want you to feel relaxed, feel comfortable, and enjoy an authentic homemade meal. We serve a fusion of an Italian- Lebanese cuisine and can also cater to special dietary or health restrictions. Everything is made fresh and in house. We expanded 1 year ago to meet a more intimate dining experience and we are now also a licensed establishment. We have a passion and a love for what we do, and we hope to grow to reach even bigger goals in the near future. Go Comets! Visit our website at http://www.eddysbistro.ca/
